Kirsty leads on the design and implementation of our people strategy to help build an inclusive, engaged and collaborative team. This includes team wellbeing, organisational development, global recruitment, workforce planning, and developing HR practices and processes. Kirsty is passionate about diversity and inclusion, and building workplace cultures where all feel a strong sense of belonging. She loves spending her free time on documentary photography and has presented two photography exhibitions. She is also a Parkrun enthusiast and loves hiking.
