Regulating Non-State Actors in Education
Collaborating with UNESCO, we conducted a joint study to explore the design and experience of regulation of non-state education across five low- and middle- income countries. Whilst the joint report with UNESCO will publish in November 2023, GSF’s background paper is available at the link below.
